So many things have changed in response to COVID-19 but our commitment to serving our local communities remains strong. To keep us all safe we've made some changes in-store.
What we’re doing.
The majority our stores continue to stay open as usual. In the interests of health and wellbeing, we’ve implemented a series of new procedures in accordance with the State and Commonwealth Departments of Health, including:

Our team members are vigilant about personal hygiene including frequent hand-washing with access to hand sanitiser and gloves.

Our team members have been supplied with face masks for wearing according to government guidelines or for when they cannot physical distance.

We will be looking after team members impacted by COVID-19 no matter whether they are full-time, part-time or casual with a COVID-19 Special Leave initiative. This is not only the right thing to do, it is also an important and responsible response to public health advice.
Yes, we stock face masks in over 600 stores nationally.
The current advice is that petrol pumps are no more likely than any other hard surface to carry germs. In addition to our strict cleaning routines, we have provided paper towel at fuel pumps for customers to use when filling up.
Hand sanitiser and gloves are also available in-store.
