7-Eleven has continued its investment in jobs and growth across Western Australia, with the opening of a new store in Midland today.
Located at 8 Clayton Street, the Midland store is the 43rd 7-Eleven to open in the West since 2014.
7-Eleven Western Australia State Manager Nick Maddox said the company’s continued investment in WA was evidence of its commitment to its customers and the state.
“Since our first store opened six years ago, we’ve steadily grown, adding roughly one store every few months and growing our team to more than 400 people across store leaders, corporate and franchised store team members, franchisees and support functions,” he said.
“While our progress has been exciting, we are continuing to grow using what we’ve learned over the past six years to adapt and serve West Australians better every day.
“We’re committed to providing convenient store locations, and delivering value and fresh food for our customers, while creating additional employment opportunities for West Australians.”
Maddox said that as the 7-Eleven network had continued to grow, the career progression of team members had been inspiring.
“I am incredibly proud to see people progress their careers. Seeing that happen is incredibly rewarding,” he said.
