7-Eleven Australia opens its newest store at 17 Park Ridge Road, Park Ridge, Queensland on Thursday 24 October.
The new store will provide a range of convenient products and services for Park Ridge locals. Shoppers will be able to grab their favourite products and fill up at any time as the store will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It will feature a full range of fresh food and convenience options including; 7-Eleven’s handmade sandwiches, wraps and Krispy Kreme doughnuts which are delivered fresh every day, as well as 7-Eleven’s $1 freshly ground coffee, and Slurpee including Slurpee Low Sugar options.
Park Ridge locals can use the 7-Eleven Fuel app. Drivers can lock in the cheapest fuel price locally available at the five closest 7-Eleven stores, and redeem it anytime in the next seven days at any 7-Eleven fuel store. As a bonus the 7-Eleven Fuel app also has regular offers on the great range of products instore.
According to 7-Eleven National Manager Corporate Stores, Marc Costabile, Queensland drivers have made savings by using the app.
“Queensland drivers using the 7-Eleven Fuel App have saved more than $4.1 million since January 2017. An average of $4.89 per fill (an average of 13 cents per litre) has been saved,” Mr Costabile said.
The Park Ridge store will have the full range of Mobil fuel. Mobil brand fuels are engineered to work harder and improve fuel economy for the consumer. Fuels on offer include Supreme 98, Extra 95, Special E10, Special Unleaded 91 and Special Diesel.
Mr Costabile said the store is designed provide customers additional services to meet the needs of local customers.
“The services in the new store include 7-Eleven ParcelMate. This service allows customers to send parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 7-Eleven ParcelMate’s service provides customers with convenient, reliable, good value options to post parcels in Australia. Just pop your item in the right size satchel, and pay the relevant flat rate at when you drop off your parcel,” Mr Costabile said.
Park Ridge local Casey Reece is going to be leading approximately 10 team members, including seven new employees, to deliver a fantastic offer to the Park Ridge community.
The company’s ongoing growth is providing opportunities for team members to build careers in both the corporate and franchised networks.
“Most of our new build stores open as corporate stores, providing internal opportunities for our corporate store team to progress in their careers. Casey started with 7-Eleven two years ago as a corporate store team member, however her talent and capability saw her progress quickly to an Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. It’s fantastic to have her leading a new team in her local area. As a leader, watching your team members take advantage of the career opportunities created from their hard work and talent is incredibly rewarding,” Mr Costabile said.
